QCG Computer GmbH in Eschweiler is seeking a hands-on Equipment Specialist to monitor production machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, fine‑tune parameters, adjust mechanics, and replace parts to minimize downtime.

You will provide on-site technical support to production teams, document issues, assist root‑cause analyses, and collaborate with engineers on adjustments, trials, and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or technical education in electronics, mechatronics, automation, or a comparable field.
• Hands-on production and equipment support experience is an advantage.
• Capable of systematic analysis and practical solutions on the shop floor.
• Bilingual communication in English; German knowledge is a plus.

Your profile

• Initial professional experience in production, equipment support, automation, or a technical service environment is an advantage.
• Strong hands‑on mindset with a high affinity for equipment, electronics, and production technology.
• Ability to systematically analyze technical issues and support practical solutions on the shop floor.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with Visio is a plus.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑conscious working style.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers, production teams, and external partners.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and applications.
• Good command of English for daily communication in a production environment. German knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with new product introduction activities or production validation testing is a plus.
