You'll spend time with customers and stakeholders to really understand what they need, then turn that into requirements the team can actually build from. You'll work closely with our developers day to day, answering questions, and making calls when priorities need to shift. It's a role with real ownership in the sense that what you decide matters, and you'll see it show up in the product.** What Success Looks Like****In your first month*** You become familiar with the company, product, development process, customers, and key business areas and projects.* You work closely with Tech, Sales, and other teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and product priorities.* You join Scrum ceremonies and observe how requirements and priorities are managed.* You align and guide a cross-functional team.
