Yoummday is seeking a Product Operations & Sales Tech Intern (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin or Munich. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and Data to build a Sales Operating System used by thousands of users daily.

From day one, you’ll contribute to real product initiatives, shaping discovery, definition, analytics and delivery. You’ll gain hands-on experience translating user needs into concrete product solutions and documentation.

We’re looking for a Product Operations & Sales Tech Intern (m/f/d) to join us in either our Berlin (Kreuzberg) office or our Munich headquarters

• As part of our strategic ‘Sales Tech’ task force, you’ll work alongside experienced Product, Engineering and Data professionals to build a Sales Operating System used by thousands of users every day. Sales teams supporting customers such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and Lufthansa rely on business-critical systems every day. You’ll help make those systems better by understanding user problems, structuring requirements and turning ideas into real product solutions
• This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend your time taking notes or doing research. From day one, you’ll contribute to real product initiatives with real business impact
• Product Discovery: Talk to Team Leads and Operations Managers, analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll translate user needs into clear product requirements
• Product Definition: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define user stories, acceptance criteria and business logic that align everyone around the same product vision
• Product Analytics: Help define KPI logic, evaluate product decisions using data and measure the impact of newly released features
• Product Delivery: Support product initiatives from idea to launch while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX and Data throughout the development lifecycle
• Product Enablement: Prepare release notes, FAQs and user documentation while ensuring customer feedback is translated into actionable product improvements
• You won’t just learn how Product Management works in theory - you’ll experience how digital products are actually built inside a fast-growing technology company

Passion for Product: You’re curious about how digital products are built - from identifying user problems and prioritizing solutions to launching features and measuring their success

Languages: You communicate confidently in both German and English and bring a healthy sense of humor to the team

Academic Background: You’re currently studying Business Informatics, Business Administration (with a focus on Product, Technology or Data), Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree

What We Don’t Expect: You don’t need coding skills, previous Product Management experience or deep technical knowledge. We’re looking for curiosity, analytical thinking and a willingness to learn

Tools: You’re comfortable working with PowerPoint and ideally have some experience with Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools. Experience with Excel or Power BI is a plus

Analytical Thinking: You enjoy breaking down complex problems, structuring information and identifying unanswered questions instead of overlooking them. Ambiguity motivates rather than intimidates you
