RobCo seeks a Product Marketing professional to own the Embedded Robotics & Integrated Solutions content and enablement pipeline. You will closely engage with automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and other verticals, turning deployments into compelling materials that help Sales and partners close deals.
You’ll craft whitepapers, case studies, and video content end-to-end, maintain a living content library, and help grow RobCoMMUNITY by identifying reference customers willing to
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.
RobCo goes to market across three streams: Alfie (our emerging, headline-making Physical AI product), Embedded Robotics, and Integrated Solutions. This role owns product marketing for the latter two - together the backbone of RobCo's current business. Embedded Robotics is our single largest source of net-new revenue today; Integrated Solutions is our large-deal, high-touch offering, often but not exclusively delivered together with partners.
This is a depth role. You'll get genuinely close to customers and verticals - automotive, food & beverage, electronics, plastics, and more - and turn that understanding into the content and enablement material that helps Sales (and our partners) actually close. RobCo already has a growing library of real deployments with measurable results; a large part of this role is turning that raw material into whitepapers, case studies, and video content people actually use.
Longer term, you'll help lay the groundwork for RobCoMMUNITY - the network of engaged customers and champions we're building across Embedded and Integrated. Finding and nurturing the customers willing to go public with their story is as much a part of this role as writing the story itself.
The category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics is being defined right now, and our partner ecosystem is one of the key levers for how we scale across Europe and into the US. As the first person in this function, you will have a rare combination of strategic ownership and direct impact - building something from scratch that will matter at company scale.
Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics. Our mission is to deploy RobCo in every factory - solving the industrial labor shortage through end-to-end robotics that just works. Powered by Physical AI, our solutions combine a scalable modular hardware architecture with intelligent software that adapts to your use case, improves over time, and requires zero upfront investment through our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
We solve our customers' most pressing pain points - labor shortage, cost pressure, workplace safety, and national reshoring - across the full spectrum of Autonomous Industrial Robotics. With $160M raised from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, 200+ people globally, and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, we are deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States - with our US operations headquartered in Austin, TX, and our RobCo Bay Area Demo Lab in San Francisco.
At RobCo, applicants are selected regardless of ethnic origin, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation. All decisions throughout the recruitment process are based solely on applicants' qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience, as well as relevant business requirements.
