Qorelo in Berlin is hiring a Product Manager - SAP to shape the roadmap for transformation projects across large SAP landscapes. You’ll lead two solution architects and collaborate with the Head of Product Design and engineering to turn domain depth into shippable features for enterprise clients.
You’ll spend time with consultants and IT teams, defining what to build next, writing acceptance criteria, and guiding the product through Discover, Prepare, Explore and Realize in real customer
Almost every large company in the DACH region is facing the same task: the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. These programmes run for years, cost tens of millions, and regularly stall at the same point — nobody fully understands the legacy landscape that has grown over decades. That is where Qorelo comes in. We are building the AI layer for S/4HANA transformation: we read code, processes and documentation, make the existing landscape transparent, and deliver the fit-to-standard analysis in weeks instead of months. The knowledge stays with the customer afterwards — including in day-to-day operations, long after the system integrators have moved on. We've raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund tied to the institute of SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, along with other strong backers. We already work with Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, including Mercedes-Benz.
You’ll be the person who decides what we build next, and why. You’ll lead our two solution architects — the people who carry our SAP domain depth — and turn what they know about real transformation projects into a roadmap our engineers can ship. You’ll work in close collaboration with our Head of Product Design and the engineering team, and you’ll spend real time with the people who use the product: consultants, IT leads, and transformation teams inside enterprise clients. This is an early-stage PM role in the full sense: strategy and backlog, customer discovery and acceptance criteria, the big roadmap call and the unglamorous ticket. You’ll do IC work alongside the thinking, and your decisions will show up in the product within weeks, running inside some of the largest SAP landscapes in Europe.
