RHESO.TECH is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Electronics in Munich, Germany. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, translating customer needs into PRDs, and collaborating closely with founders, CTO, engineering, sales and production.

The role requires 5+ years in product management in robotics or hardware, strong cross-functional communication, and willingness to travel 20–30% to engage customers and field teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience transforming customer needs into structured engineering requirements.
• Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Strong understanding of both hardware and software development environments.
• Experience with project and product management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Gather customer and end-user needs through workshops, field visits, and operational discussions.

• Define and maintain a clear and traceable product requirements repository.
• Prioritize product developments and manage roadmap decisions.
• Assess technical feasibility with engineering teams before customer commitments are made.
• Establish and maintain the company product configuration catalogue.
• Ensure alignment between sales offers, engineering capabilities, production constraints, and support requirements.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including variant management, obsolescence planning, and end-of-life decisions.
• Track product development schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate product release readiness with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Collect field feedback and transform operational lessons into product improvements.
• Contribute to product positioning, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.
• Implement scalable product management processes, tools, and documentation.

Salary:

€85,000 - €110,000 gross per year + Equity / VSOP package
