What You Can Expect

• Developing and implementing strategies and products to drive revenue & customergrowth, cost of sales improvements and efficiency enhancements for the global airfreight, within the agreed-upon timeline, financial budget, and objectives.
• Collaborating and coordinating with the global air freight leadership team and regionalteams to ensure consistent and aligned execution of created strategies and productsacross all markets.
• Engaging with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuousproduct improvement.
• Leading the development and execution of innovative air freight products acrossoperations, sales, and IT, tailored to different market segments and contributing tothe achievement of global air freight targets including concepts and business cases.
• Analyzing the existing product portfolio to identify opportunities for Produktenhancements, optimization strategies, and new market developments.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of productstrategies and initiatives, enabling efficient tracking and reporting on productperformance to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customerneeds, and competitive strategies in the global air freight industry.
• Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams to enhanceproduct excellence.
