Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform to shape the foundations that enable AI-powered solutions across the business. You will partner with engineering, data, AI, security, and operations to define a scalable, observable, secure platform that teams can adopt.

This role blends product thinking with platform engineering, focusing on cloud, DevOps, governance, and developer experience to turn ideas into real impact.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical platform environments shaping product decisions.
• Experience across cloud, MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineering, DevOps, security, and observability.
• Comfort discussing Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, LiteLLM or AI gateways with technical teams.

• Shape the product vision and roadmap for the Agentic AI platform, translating AI ambitions into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Create a strong platform experience for internal users by understanding engineering, data, AI, and business needs and turning them into scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive development of core platform capabilities around LLMOps, MLOps, AI gateway administration, observability, governance, and secure AI enablement.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve how we build and operate platform services, including Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Define requirements, align stakeholders, prioritize opportunities, and move teams from ideas to impact.

About the role

As Product Manager Agentic AI Platform, you will shape the platform foundations that help Redcare Pharmacy build, scale, and operate AI‑powered solutions responsibly across the business. This is a great opportunity to combine product thinking with deep platform understanding, working at the intersection of cloud, AI enablement, security, reliability, and developer experience.

You will work closely with engineering, data, AI, security, and business stakeholders to turn complex platform needs into clear product direction. Your focus will be on creating an Agentic AI platform that is scalable, observable, secure, and easy for teams to adopt.

About the tech stack

You will work with an exciting modern platform environment including Azure Cloud, LiteLLM/AI Gateway administration, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, observability tooling, and Data/AI platform technologies. The role also connects closely with MLOps, LLMOps, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, security, and platform engineering.

Qualifications

• You bring solid product management experience in technical platform environments and enjoy turning complex engineering topics into clear product decisions.
• You have worked across a mix of cloud, MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineering, DevOps, security, and observability and know how these areas connect in practice.
• You are comfortable discussing technologies such as Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, LiteLLM or AI gateways, and Data/AI platforms with technical teams.
• You care about building platforms that are not only powerful, but also secure, reliable, observable, and easy to use.
