We're a fast-growing, VC-backed startup on a mission to bring precision AI forecasting to one of the most under-digitized industries out there: industrial spare parts and procurement. Our platform helps businesses avoid costly, unplanned downtime, which can cost upwards of €20,000 per hour, by giving them accurate, AI-driven forecasts and, ultimately, fully automated procurement decisions.

We've proven our core forecasting technology works. Now we're looking for a Founding Product Manager to help us turn that technical strength into a product customers love to use.

The Role

This is a founding Product role with the scope of a Product Lead and a clear path to Head of Product. You'll be the first and most senior product person in the company, owning Product end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery and go-to-market, with direct access to the founding team and high autonomy from day one.

You'll bridge complex technical and AI capability with real customer usability, working hands-on with engineering and spending serious time with customers in industrial procurement. We're not looking for someone to run a process someone else designed. We're looking for someone to build the product function, set the standard for how we make decisions, and grow into leading it.

What You'll Do

• Spend real time with customers, on calls, on site and inside their workflows, and become the person in the company who understands them best
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, balancing technical feasibility, commercial priorities and customer needs
• Get deep into complex industrial procurement workflows: multi-departmental ordering, negotiation processes and real-world operational constraints
• Turn what you learn into clear, well-scoped tickets, and work closely with engineering to prioritise and ship
• Make the calls on what we build and what we don't, and hold the line when founders or engineering push in a different direction
• Get comfortable with the logic behind our forecasting and AI models. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be able to verify implementations and challenge assumptions
• Bring a strong sense of usability and design. There's no dedicated product designer yet, so this is yours to shape
• Support go-to-market, translating new features into clear customer-facing communication
• Set up the product function as we grow: process, rituals and, in time, the team

What We're Looking For

• Significant product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, industrial tech, or AI/analytics, including at least one product or area you owned end-to-end
• Ready to be the most senior product voice in the room. You've either done this already or you're clearly the next step away from it
• Genuinely customer-driven: you'd rather sit in a warehouse for a day than run another internal workshop
• Excellent judgment under incomplete information, and the confidence to make prioritisation calls, explain the reasoning, and defend them to founders and engineers
• Comfort with quantitative and technical concepts. Unafraid of formulas, data models and forecasting logic
• Strong commercial instincts. You understand what moves revenue, not just what improves the product
• A hands-on, builder mentality. This is an execution role as much as a strategic one
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity in an early-stage environment
• Bonus: technical fluency strong enough to make small AI-assisted UI changes yourself, with engineering review
