Zusammenfassung

Visa Hunt is seeking a Product Engineer to own client projects and contribute to AI-enabled software delivery. You will design and implement web applications across frontend and backend, integrating AI tools into workflows and collaborating with founders and clients to move projects forward.

You will join a small, fast-moving team that values independence, technical excellence, and a hands-on approach to shaping the product and internal processes.

We are building withyou as a close, highly collaborative team. Working together in person helps us make decisions faster, solve difficult problems directly, and continuously improve how we operate. This is therefore primarily an office-based role, with home-office days coordinated flexibly within the team. Note: whilst we are looking to fill this role immediately; the period until January/February 2027 will be remote.

AI is making code dramatically faster to produce. But building successful products still requires much more than generating code: business goals must be translated into product decisions, sound architecture, reliable implementation, and measurable outcomes. We are building the platform for human-centric, AI-native software delivery. We combine AI-enabled execution with experienced human judgment and clear responsibility, helping companies move from an idea to a working software product faster and with less complexity. We are not simply adding new tools to an established development process. We are rethinking the software development lifecycle from the ground up, and applying that approach to real products today. We offer clients a development service, powered by internal tooling.

About the position

We are looking for a Product Engineer (m/f/d) who thinks in systems, works confidently through ambiguity, and builds solutions that improve processes, solve client problems, and move our platform forward. From day one, you will take meaningful responsibility in a fast-moving environment. You will work with our internal tools and delivery processes, help develop them further, and move projects forward independently, even when the path is not yet fully defined. Your work will span client products, our internal platform, and the broader challenge of defining what an AI-native software development lifecycle will look like. From the beginning, you will:

What matters to us

• At least 5 years of practical software development experience with strong project references, ideally in fullstack web development
• You bring energy, curiosity, and ambition, and you want to help shape how modern software development with AI will work in the future
• You have already built modern web applications and worked on both frontend and backend
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system design
• You get up to speed quickly in new stacks, tools, and domains
• You can translate unclear requirements into pragmatic technical solutions
• Genuine interest in AI as a tool, not just as a buzzword
• Working independently is a requirement for you, not a bonus

A strong plus:

• Experience with cloud architecture
• Experience with automation, e.g. CI/CD, testing, deployment
• Strong experience with Python and React.js
