• Lead consumer design from concept to shipped product across all touchpoints
• Maintain accountability for the full consumer experience and quality from early framing through final execution
• Frame problems before they become briefs and bring evidence-backed consumer insights into squad planning
• Challenge priorities, surface opportunities, and influence roadmap decisions
• Drive UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and UX writing
• Use animation and motion as intentional design tools
• Frame research questions, run lightweight studies independently, and collaborate on complex investigations
• Translate research findings into design direction
• Use AI across synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code
• Contribute to UX copy and brief content design experts when deeper support is needed

Требования

• Experience designing consumer-facing products
• Understanding of user decision-making across the full customer lifecycle
• Ability to define problems before designing solutions and influence priorities through evidence
• High-fidelity UI, interaction design, motion, micro-interaction, and UX writing expertise
• Mastery of Figma
• Understanding of front-end constraints and ability to collaborate credibly with engineers
• Ability to independently own strategy, research, execution, content, and stakeholder communication
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, cross-functional alignment, and evidence-based decision-making skills
• Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, translate findings into design direction, and collaborate with research experts
• Active use of AI tools in live project work across synthesis, discovery, prototyping, and design-to-code
• Nice to have: Subscription product experience
