Siemens Energy is seeking an engineer to drive customer order engineering for gas turbine auxiliary systems, including creating diagrams, data sheets, and BOMs. You will support data-driven project execution and digitalized processes across teams, while assisting SAP S/4HANA users and coordinating supplier activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and strong English communication in a cross-functional setting with flexible remote work options and office collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Degree in process/mechanical/plant engineering with project execution experience.
• Experience in at least one engineering field and project environments.
• More than 2 years of SAP S/4HANA experience including MM/PLM basics.
• Interest in digitalization, automation and new technologies.
• Analytical, structured working approach, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration, very good English, and willingness to develop solutions in interdisciplinary teams.

• Provision of user support for engineering-related SAP S/4HANA applications and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Coordination of suppliers for engineering and manufacturing activities, including progress monitoring, quality assurance, documentation review, and acceptance inspections.
• Clarification and coordination of technical interfaces with customers, suppliers, site personnel, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline, combined with professional experience in project execution
• Experience in at least one relevant engineering field and a strong understanding of engineering project environments
• More than 2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, including basic knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Passion for process simplification, automation, digitalization, and openness to new technologies and modern ways of working
• Analytical mindset, structured working approach, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, very good English language proficiency, and willingness to develop innovative solutions in interdisciplinary teams
