Zusammenfassung

1KOMMA5° is hiring a senior technical leader to shape strategy, set architecture direction, and accelerate innovation. You will mentor engineers, drive scalable systems, and embed security as a core value while aligning engineering with product management.

You will lead the transformation to agentic engineering across distributed teams, with remote work across Germany and offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich. This role reports to the CTO and aims to scale a high-performance tech organisation.

• Ensure continuously that our software architecture is shaped in close alignment with product management to support current and future product direction

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Tackle and resolve deep technical challenges with urgency and precision
• Mentor and challenge engineers to accelerate their professional growth

• Architect our systems and APIs so AI agents operate as first-class users with machine-readable contracts and structured errors that let agents self-correct
