Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven strategies for flagship titles, shaping roadmaps, feature design, and monetization approaches.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to analyze player behavior, in-game economy trends, and overall product performance.
• Design and run A/B experiments, and build predictive models for churn, lifetime value, and player segmentation.
• Mentor other analysts and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders through dashboards and storytelling.
• Collaborate on improving internal data tools, pipelines, and experimentation practices across the company.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in analytics or data science, ideally within gaming, mobile apps, or other digital products.
• Strong business sense and product intuition, with the ability to prioritize high-impact questions.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design; applied statistics background.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bayesian methods.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading analysts.
