• Du arbeitest direkt mit unseren Kund:innen zusammen, um unser Produkt an deren Systeme und Prozesse anzupassen
• Du unterstützt bei der Integration in bestehende Kunden-Umgebungen
• Du löst technische Fragestellungen im laufenden Einsatz
• Du bringst Kundenfeedback strukturiert zurück ins Produkt-Team
• Du bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering und Kundenkontakt

Was solltest du mitbringen?

• Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Gute Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in Python
• Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten an konkreten Kundenproblemen
• Klare Kommunikation auch mit nicht-technischen Ansprechpartner:innen
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse
