Zusammenfassung

WG Einheit Chemnitz is seeking a Plumber / HVAC Installer (m/f/d) to join our 37‑hour full‑time team. You will carry out general maintenance, inspection and installation work in heating and sanitation, and perform repair and maintenance tasks as part of daily duties.

You will replace heat meters, water meters and heat cost allocators; renovate bathrooms in our portfolio and support conversions of empty apartments; and ensure readiness in emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an apprenticeship in heating, ventilation, and plumbing (m/f/d) and has some initial work experience in the trade.
• A good eye for quality and a strong sense of customer and service orientation.
• Friendly, flexible and reliable.
