Advantest Europe GmbH in Böblingen sucht eine/n PLM Windchill Specialist (m/w/d) zur eigenständigen Betreuung des PLM-Lifecycles, Konfiguration und Wartung. Sie unterstützen Windchill-Upgrades und arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen zusammen, um Anforderungen in maßgeschneiderte PLM-Lösungen zu übersetzen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Konfiguration von Workflows, Lifecycles und Datenmodellen, sowie die Koordination mit Partnern für Implementierung und Support.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung im PLM-Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit Windchill Cloud Hosting wird bevorzugt.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von PLM-Konzepten (BOM, Change Management, CAD-Integrationen).
• Erfahrung mit System-Upgrades, Migration oder Cloud-Transformation ist von Vorteil.
• Grundkenntnisse in Java, XML oder Scripting für Anpassungen.
• Vertrautheit mit Datenbanksystemen (Oracle bevorzugt).
• Starke Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Betreuung und Unterstützung des PLM-Lifecycle (Entwicklung, Konfiguration, Wartung).
• Mitwirkung bei Upgrade-Initiativen (Windchill-Version-Upgrades).
• Anforderungsaufnahme von Stakeholdern und Übersetzung in PLM-Lösungen
• Konfiguration und Anpassung von PLM-Workflows, Lifecycles und Datenmodellen
• Koordination mit Anbietern und externen Partnern für Implementierung und Support
• Gewährleistung von Stabilität, Performance und Datenintegrität
• Unterstützung von Integrationen mit ERP und anderen Systemen
• Nutzersupport, Schulungen und Dokumentation liefern

PLM Windchill Specialist (m/f/d)

Aufgabe

• Own and support the end‑to‑end PLM system lifecycle (development, configuration, and maintenance)
• Contribute to PLM upgrade initiatives (e.g., Windchill version upgrades)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into PLM solutions
• Configure and customize PLM workflows, lifecycles, and data models
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for implementation and issue resolution
• Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
• Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Provide user support, training, and documentation

Qualifikation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in the PLM domain
• Hands‑on experience with PTC Windchill cloud hosting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts: BOM, Change Management, CAD integrations
• Experience with system upgrades, migration, or cloud transformation is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or scripting (for customization)
• Familiarity with database systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
• Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
• Experience working in global teams
