RxREVU, Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to coordinate clinical pharmacy services, counsel patients, and liaison with medical staff and nursing to resolve pharmaceutical matters. The role requires board licensure and relevant experience in pharmacotherapy.

Coordinates and/or provides clinical Pharmacy services that involve complex problems of a specialized nature. Serves as a liaison between the Pharmacy, Medical Staff, Department of Nursing, and patients for pharmaceutical matters and as an expert on pharmaceuticals, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapeutics.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/r experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education: A doctoral degree in Pharmacy that is recognized by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained
You are exempt from the basic requirement above if you are a current federal employee occupying a position in the 0660 occupational series and have been continuously employed in this occupational series since September 27, 2017 or before. Note: You will be required to provide appropriate documentation to the respective Human Resources Office to validate your status.
A current, active, valid, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a State, a territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
Must be able to distinguish basic colors.
One year of professional pharmacy experience which includes: Develop individualized medication regimens ensuring proper pharmaceutical doses are maintained, coordinate clinical Pharmacy services that includes complex problems of a highly specialized nature and communicate with patients to counsel them regarding their prescribed medication.
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
