Nachhilfeunterricht is seeking a Personal Development Coach to help people develop new skills, build confidence and achieve personal or professional goals. You decide when you coach, which topics you offer and how many people you work with. Sessions can be provided online or in person.

We offer a fully flexible schedule and a rate of €20–€40 per hour, with the freedom to choose what you teach and when you work, making it ideal as a side job alongside your studies, current job or other projects.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in personal development and helping others.
• Knowledge, practical experience or skills you can share.
• No coaching experience required.
• No coaching certification required.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Students, professionals, career changers and experienced coaches welcome.

• Coach individuals online or in-person to develop new skills and confidence.
• Offer topics and tailor sessions to learner needs.
• Set a fully flexible schedule, and decide how many participants you work with.
