Zusammenfassung

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant to support Glenncrest at Siegen in our assisted living community. The role focuses on companionship, daily living activities, and monitoring residents' health with careful documentation.

You will assist with memory and activity programs, perform light housekeeping, and help with dining and engagement to ensure residents feel valued and secure.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requires it.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

• Reports changes in health/status and completes daily data sheets.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement activities.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for Glenncrest at Siegen.

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
