Assist with system testing before major permit sales periods, configuration changes, upgrades, or implementation of new permit programs. Document system changes, testing results, identified issues, and resolutions. (30%)
  • Administer parking lot waitlists, including reviewing eligibility, tracking requests, monitoring available inventory, and issuing offers based on established procedures. Maintain accurate waitlist records and provide updates or reports regarding demand and placement activity. Coordinate specialized permit requests, including reviewing submissions, confirming eligibility, maintaining documentation, and processing approved requests. Communicate with customers and campus departments regarding the status, requirements, and outcomes of specialized permit requests. Apply policies and procedures consistently while identifying requests that require management review or approval. (20%)
  • Assist with preparations for annual and semester permit sales, including inventory review, system setup, testing, and post-sale analysis. Identify opportunities to improve reporting, system workflows, data accuracy, and permit administration processes. Develop written procedures, reference materials, and internal training resources related to assigned systems and processes. Participate in departmental projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Cross-train staff on permit reporting and specialized permit procedures as needed. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned. (5%)
