Kaufland e-commerce is seeking a results-driven SEA/PPC specialist to optimize our Text-Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan, build, monitor, and refine campaigns, implement bidding strategies, and translate data into actionable recommendations for campaign steering while collaborating with a cross-functional team in Berlin and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in SEA/PPC with large keyword sets and performance-driven campaigns.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising.

• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution within the Text-Ads domain.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You take ownership of the operational management and day-to-day optimization of our Text-Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• You independently plan, build, monitor, and optimize different campaign types within Search, continuously refining bidding strategies and account structure within established frameworks
• You create regular analyses and reports based on relevant KPIs, and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for campaign steering
• You keep a close eye on campaign performance and proactively steer campaigns toward our defined goals
• You continuously scout for new trends, tools, and optimization potential in the SEA space, and reliably assess which are worth pursuing
• You help shape and refine processes around bidding strategies, automation, and campaign testing
• You run structured A/B tests to validate new approaches and identify incremental performance gains
• You take ownership of your own projects, from concept through execution, within the Text-Ads domain

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• Successfully completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in SEA/PPC, ideally including work with large keyword sets and performance-driven campaign management
• You are confident using relevant SEA tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising
• You have initial experience with Google Ads Scripts, or a strong motivation to learn and build automation skills
• You are comfortable using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support ad copy creation and speed up campaign analysis
• You are a genuine team player with strong communication skills and enjoy technical exchange with your colleagues
• Your structured thinking and analytical skills help you spot potential and solve problems proactively and independently
• You are fluent in English (C1) and German language skills are a plus
