• Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse, mündlich & schriftlich.

Aufgaben

• Eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für das Team über den gesamten Employee-Lifecycle.
• Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdokumenten, Verträgen, Änderungen, Zertifikaten und Referenzschreiben.
• Unterstützung der internationalen Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit Finance.
• Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität im HRIS und Compliance.
• Führung von Initiativen zur Prozessoptimierung und Integration von KI.
