Proxima Fusion, Europe’s leading fusion company, seeks a People Operations Specialist in a role spanning Munich, Zurich, and Oxford. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll integration, and policy maintenance, enabling scalable, employee-centric processes across regions.

Fluent German, strong analytics, and experience with HiBob are essential as you partner with external providers and internal teams to drive compliant, efficient operations during rapid international growth.

• Coordinate day-to-day people operations so everything runs smoothly across regions.
• Manage the administration of key employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) and keep improving how they work.
• Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements that align with business priorities.
• Use tools and systems to simplify people processes and make them more scalable.
• Work closely with teams across the business to drive projects from start to finish.
• Maintain clear SOPs and policies so people processes are consistent across locations.
• Resolve day-to-day people queries around people topics
• Partner effectively with external providers (payroll, benefits, etc.) to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery.
• Track compliance and manage risks across the regions you support.

What You Will Do

• Fluent German language skills
