Future Cleantech Architects (FCA) is a non-profit climate innovation think tank based in Remscheid, Germany. We seek a People & Culture Manager to scale our culture, support the people strategy, and oversee HR across Europe.
You will partner with leadership to embed culture, manage core HR processes, and advise managers on people-related topics in a multinational setting. The role supports engagement, learning, and development in a distributed workforce.

The People & Culture Manager is responsible for fostering a strong, and values-driven organizational culture within a growing, multinational organization operating across multiple locations in Europe. The role works closely with leadership to scale and further institutionalize the existing company culture while supporting the organization’s people strategy across the full employee lifecycle in an international work environment.
The successful candidate will assist management in running human resources activities. The responsibilities include the following tasks:
FCA offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with applicable allowances, including post adjustment.
The position is suitable for part-time working arrangements and allows for mostly working from home. Occasional presence at our Remscheid offices required.
The position can be filled for two years with the intention to prolong the contract thereafter. Starting date would be ASAP.

We exist to close the remaining innovation gaps to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. FCA accelerates innovation in critical industries where sustainable solutions are still in very early stages. Moreover, we advocate for an enabling public policy framework to accelerate emissions reductions and intensify and prioritize R&D activities.
