You will work in a specialised team handling national and international mandates in an environment built on trust, quality and genuine team spirit.

Your role in the team

• You independently manage payroll processing for clients across various industries and act as a dedicated contact for your own client portfolio.
• You also handle complex payroll matters, for example in relation to company pension schemes, company cars, mini-jobs, students or interns, as well as topics such as maternity protection and parental leave.
• As a key point of contact, you liaise with clients, social security institutions, banks and other external stakeholders.
• In addition, you prepare reports and statistics, ensuring transparency and providing a reliable basis for further decision-making.

What you bring to the table

• You have completed your training as a tax clerk, HR specialist or payroll specialist, or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in payroll accounting and are confident in using DATEV or comparable payroll software.
• You enjoy working directly with clients and demonstrate a service-oriented and meticulous approach to your work.
• You have a good command of English.
• You work in a structured and reliable way, show strong commitment and enjoy working as part of a team.
