Zusammenfassung

Doccla is hiring a Patient Support Agent to assist patients and clinicians in Germany and the UK. The role is full-time on a fixed-term contract up to six months, with a hybrid work arrangement across London, Denmark, and Germany.

You will handle queries, educate users on Doccla devices, and ensure patient safety and data governance in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and German, strong communication skills, and experience with Zendesk are preferred.

Qualifikationen

  • Fluent and proficient in both English and German.

  • Full time availability, 5 days per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable WiFi for video calls.
  • Proficient with computer systems and related technology.
  • Experience using a CRM system such as Zendesk.
  • Able to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remote training provided.

Aufgaben

  • Support patients and clinicians for both the German and UK markets.
  • Resolve queries and educate patients and clinicians on Doccla services and devices.
  • Communicate clearly with clinicians and patients via phone and email.
  • Follow SOPs and policies, prioritising patient safety and information governance.
  • Handle confidential patient data securely in a regulated environment.
  • Mentor and coach new joiners and support colleagues during challenges.
  • Share successes and ideas to keep patients at the centre of the business.

What You’ll Do as a Patient Support Agent
  • Support our patients and Clinicians for both our German and UK market
  • Provide support and help resolve queries, whilst educating patients and clinicians on how to use Doccla services and medical devices
  • Clearly communicate with both clinicians and patients via phone calls and emails
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies, particularly relating to patient safety and information governance
  • Securely and sensitively handle confidential patient data within a highly regulated environment
  • Be a support network for colleagues during challenges and mentor and coach new joiners to the team
  • Share successes, challenges and ideas to ensure our patients remain the focal point of our business
What Experience You’ll Bring To The Team
  • Previous healthcare experience preferable but not required
  • Humble, positive and committed attitude
  • Collaborative and reliable team player
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent and proficient in both English and German
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full time availability, working 5 days per week inclusive of rotational evenings (earliest shift starts at 8am, latest shift finishes at 9pm), weekends and bank holidays.
  • Access to reliable WiFi network able to support clear video calling
  • Proficient in operating computer systems and related technology
  • Previous experience using a Customer Service CRM system, such as Zendesk
  • Capable of learning new systems and software
  • An individual who enjoys the experience of working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Training is provided remotely
Salary

£29,000 and please note this is up to a 6 month Fixed Term Contract

This role can be based in Germany
