Zalando SE in Berlin is seeking an intern for the ZEOS Platform Operations/Partner Onboarding team. You will support end-to-end merchant integration for multichannel fulfilment, work with sales channels, and help resolve setup hurdles to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will use Excel/Google Sheets to track progress, document processes clearly, and collaborate with commercial and technology stakeholders. This internship emphasizes ownership and proactive problem solving in a dynamic environment.

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

ZEOS Platform Operations is responsible for all partner-facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. Within the Partner Onboarding team, our objective is to integrate our merchants and enable them for multichannel fulfilment in the ZEOS organization.This team works closely with both commercial and technology teams to ensure a seamless integration experience. As an intern on our team, you will have a highly focused, manageable mission supporting the team in driving operational excellence. Rather than following a rigid routine, your specific responsibilities will be tailored when you join, depending on our immediate strategic priorities and your unique strengths. You will focus on driving the integration of our merchants, proactively identifying and removing any roadblocks to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Merchant Integration: Support the end-to-end integration of new merchants into the ZEOS network, ensuring they are correctly configured for multichannel fulfilment. You will work hands-on with our partners, integrators, and sales channels to drive high-quality onboarding.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between commercial and technology teams to resolve integration hurdles and streamline merchant setup.
• Internal Tooling & Support: Learn and leverage internal tooling to guide merchants through the integration journey and troubleshoot initial setup issues.
• Process Documentation: Drive the creation of clear, step-by-step documentation, playbooks, and guides to optimize our onboarding processes and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Merchant Go-Live: Assist in the execution of merchant go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Take initiative to identify and resolve integration roadblocks early, finding creative and efficient solutions to keep merchant onboarding on track.

• Spreadsheet Savvy & Tech-Minded: You possess strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable manipulating datasets, automating basic tasks, and building clean tracking tools.
• Clear Process Documentation: You have a highly organized way of working and can write clear, concise documentation that makes complex data workflows easy for other teams to follow.
• Collaboration: You are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment, communicating effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Ownership: You are a proactive and self-driven professional who takes ownership of the work that was assigned to you based on team priorities.
• Language: Professional fluency in English is required.
