Zusammenfassung

Berlitz is hiring instructors to deliver language lessons across Learning Centers, offsite locations, or online, aligning with student goals and needs. You will conduct assessments and participate in coaching to strengthen teaching skills and ensure SMART goals are met.

The role requires attendance record maintenance, use of learning technology, and collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and Academic Specialist. Training modules are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent.
• Native, fluent in language(s) to teach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible in working hours.

Aufgaben

• Deliver lessons following Berlitz principles focusing on students' goals, needs, and interests.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses as assigned.
• Teach private and group sessions at Learning Center, offsite locations, or virtually.
• Meet regularly with Academic Specialist for lesson evaluation and coaching plans.
• Complete training and professional development modules on Berlitz Learning or in-person sessions.
• Keep student pedagogical and attendance records up to date.
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and shared materials.
• Perform duties as delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles: focusing on the goals, needs, and interests of students.
• Conduct level assessments and needs‑analysis, as assigned by Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.
• Work with private and group students at the Learning Center, one of our offsite locations or virtually, as assigned by Service Delivery Manager.
• Meet with Academic Specialist regularly to participate in lesson evaluation and coaching plan to strengthen teaching skills and ensure SMART goals are met.
• Complete training and professional development modules in @Berlitz Learning website and/or face‑to‑face live sessions, assigned by Academic Specialist.
• Be responsible for keeping student pedagogical and attendance records up to date.
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and maintain shared teaching resource materials.
• Perform duties as deemed fit for proper execution and delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.
