Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is seeking outpatient therapists to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth services from home or hybrid settings. You will be supported with ongoing training, referrals, and administrative resources as a W2 employee.

We offer flexible scheduling, a remote-first work environment, clinical leadership support, and opportunities for advancement in a growing practice. Pay ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and high-quality patient outcomes.

Your Role

As an outpatient therapist at Lifebulb, you will:

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care
