Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution professional at our Wertheim site in Germany. You will ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment, execute tasks efficiently, and communicate with Supervisors to improve accuracy.

The role requires 4–5 years of warehouse experience and fluency in the local language. Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, prefer an Associate’s degree, and be proficient with RF/barcoding and SAP WMS.

Qualifikationen

• Reading, writing and speaking local language fluently.
• Experience with RF, barcode scanning and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Professional Experience and Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.

Specific skills and knowledge

• Minimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment.

• Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time.

• Writing and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently.

• Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.

• Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company.

• Able to lift up to 50 lb.

• Able to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual).

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems.

• Work experience with SAP WMS is a must.
