• Break down work, plan tasks, supervise and support team members throughout delivery.
• Build, optimize, document, deploy, and maintain backend and data-driven components.
• Provide user support and monitor deliverables after release to ensure stable operations.

Required Experience

• 10+ years experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects.
• Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise Manager environments.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
• Banking experience.
• Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization.
• Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving.
• Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus.
