VOI is seeking an Operations Strategy Manager (Supplier Management) to own relationships with selected 3PL partners across Germany — driving sourcing, negotiation and end-to-end vendor management.

You will collaborate with Fleet Managers and Market Development to tailor city-specific 3PL strategies and support city launches with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As an Operations Strategy Manager (Supplier Management), you'll own and manage the relationship with selected third‑party logistics (3PL) partners across Germany. In this role, you'll manage the end‑to‑end process for vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, and working closely with the regional Operations Strategy team, Fleet Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent high‑quality service across the market. This will include:

• Owning and managing the strategic relationship with several key 3PL partners across Germany.
• Designing and driving continuous performance reviews, responding quickly to performance dips and turning data into clear insights for improvements.
• Leading local 3PL processes and relationships in close collaboration with Fleet Managers, covering sourcing, contract and pricing negotiation, onboarding, performance monitoring and follow‑up.
• Working closely with Fleet Managers and Market Development in‑market to set city specific 3PL strategies and keep 3PL operations aligned with local needs.
• Contribute to city launches by coordinating cross‑functional planning and execution with local and central stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for a strong communicator and structured thinker who can build their own way of working, form long‑term relationships with partners and stakeholders, and make sound decisions under pressure. In addition to being professionally fluent in English and having professional working proficiency in German, we believe the right person has:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience of managing relationships with external partners, suppliers or vendors; experience with pricing negotiation is a merit.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate insights, evaluate results and collaborate on next steps.
