The ideal candidate has 4+ years in fast-paced environments in Germany, fluent English and German, and a proven track record of owning complex projects from start to finish.

• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.

• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks.
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact.

Aufgaben

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.
• Oversee first line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operations.
• Execute scale operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) across global offices.
• Monitor country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and resolutions, liaising with relevant service owners to ensure proper controls are followed.
• Identify key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities.
• Search for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs.
• Creating and maintaining management information to monitor growth metrics, risk incidents, and other branch activities.
• Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials.

What You’ll Be Doing
