The Altersvorsorgedepot team is building one of our most strategic new product propositions, creating a scalable, compliant and customer-centred retirement offering that will shape how clients invest for their future.
As part of the Operations team, you will support the effective running of this new proposition by ensuring that operational processes, regulatory requirements and customer-related special cases are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with German retirement product requirements.
As an Operations Specialist for the Altersvorsorgedepot, you are responsible for running and supporting operational special cases linked to the German regulatory framework and ZfA-related procedures.
This includes complex or non-standard operational topics such as Versorgungsausgleich, subsidy-related failures, product migrations and other lifecycle events that require strong process understanding, attention to detail and close coordination across Operations, Proposition, Technology and control functions.
You will contribute to the stable, compliant and scalable delivery of the Altersvorsorgedepot operating model by ensuring that special cases are processed consistently, documented properly and improved over time.
You are detail-oriented, reliable and motivated to build expertise in a regulated financial services environment. You may already have experience in operations or service delivery, but motivated graduates, career starters or career changers with a strong interest in operational processes, regulation and customer service are also encouraged to apply.
