Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager (Lean Transformation) to join on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Locations include Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

You will lead Lean improvement projects, facilitate workshops, and drive continuous process optimization while coordinating key stakeholders. The role requires German and English proficiency and offers relocation support and language training.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Hands-on project management experience.
• Proficient English (B2/C1) and German (B1/B2).

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Operational Excellence Manager (Lean Transformation) to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Finkenwerder and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
