What You’ll Do

• Design and build intelligent systems to automate internal workflows and surface insights
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to identify high-impact problems
• Develop prototypes and POCs leveraging NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other AI techniques
• Build intuitive interfaces or APIs that allow teams to interact with your tools easily
• Present your work in demos and contribute to internal documentation
• Publish technical learnings or contribute to open-source tooling

Depending on your background and interests, you could:

• Build prototypes or internal tools that solve real problems
• Support product development with design, research, or QA
• Analyze data to generate insights and drive decisions
• Help document processes or improve internal operations
• Assist in marketing, content creation, or community engagement
• Explore opportunities to apply AI in unexpected ways
