Annashae Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacist for a full-time position at a medical center in Milford, Delaware. You will provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients, review chemotherapy plans, collaborate with the oncology team, monitor therapy, educate patients and staff, and participate in rounds and quality initiatives.

Requirements include Pharm.D., BCOP, at least 3 years of hospital oncology pharmacy experience, and PGY residency training

• BCOP board certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• At least 3 years of oncology pharmacy/clinical experience or equivalent training.
