Zusammenfassung

The Offshore Quality Surveyor at LAUTEC Group will join the Quality / HSEQ team to oversee quality surveillance of wind turbine installation activities offshore. The role focuses on final quality walkdowns, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements, and tracking quality risks and NCs to resolution.

The position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off offshore rotation. You will verify offshore works, review DPRs, monitor HSE observations, and provide regular quality status updates

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Quality Surveillance, QA/QC or Quality Inspection.
• Strong experience with WTGs / wind turbine components, preferably offshore wind.
• Experience with walkdowns, inspections, punch lists and NCR management.
• Comfortable working offshore and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.

The Role

As an Offshore Quality Surveyor, you will work within the Quality / HSEQ team to oversee quality surveillance of wind turbine generator (WTG) installation activities offshore. Your role will focus on conducting final quality walkdowns, verifying compliance with contractual and quality requirements, and ensuring quality risks and non-conformities are identified, tracked and resolved. The position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off offshore rotation.

What You Will Do

• Conduct offshore final quality walkdowns.
• Verify offshore works comply with contractual and quality requirements.
• Identify, document and follow up on quality deviations, snags and non-conformities (NCs/NCRs).
• Review and validate WTG Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
• Monitor and report HSE observations.
• Provide regular quality status updates and early warnings of emerging quality risks.

What We Are Looking For
