Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, implement, and manage networks across the enterprise.
2. Develop and maintain network standards in line with the company’s security policies.
3. Create and implement policies for network asset management, including network maps, hardware inventories, and documentation.
4. Monitor and analyze network performance across WAN, LANs, and WLAN deployments, providing metrics and reports, and addressing performance issues.
5. Manage network assets, including maintenance of network tools, maps, and inventories.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP) certification is required.
• Experience working in an ITIL environment and familiarity with ITIL practices such as Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Continual Service Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve network issues.
