Mercor is seeking experienced musicians to evaluate generative musical AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will assess model outputs across lyrics, voice generation, and other musical standards in the target domain language.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years as a music producer, audio engineer, or sound mixer, plus a college degree in music. Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam and English is required, with clear ability to understand directions in English.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience working as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer for at least 3+ years
• Evidence of understanding musical performance, theory, and lyrics
• College degree in music, involving both performance, theory, and lyrics
• Past experience writing lyrical music in the domain language listed in the title
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Malayalam and English
