Zusammenfassung

TXT Group's Aerospace and Defense division is seeking a systems engineer to contribute to advanced aeronautical projects, coordinating hardware and software integration, and guiding validation activities across the lifecycle.

In a hybrid work setup based in Germany, you will lead verification, validation, and qualification activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, ensuring compliance with standards and rigorous documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience in multidisciplinary environments and structured projects.
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards and systems, requirements engineering, and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and manage the client’s operational and functional requirements.
• Define and optimize the specifications for aeronautical electrical and electronic systems.
• Lead system and software integration activities.
• Plan and supervise verification, validation, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate small teams or work packages, monitoring timelines, costs, and quality.
• Managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (customers and suppliers).

Within the Aerospace and Defense division, the successful candidate will be involved in advanced systems engineering activities, including testing, validation, and verification of complex aeronautical systems, contributing to high-tech projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and leading clients.

The role entails increasing operational autonomy throughout the entire system lifecycle, with direct responsibility for defining solutions, coordinating activities, and managing technical interfaces.

The candidate will actively contribute to defining the system architecture, integrating hardware and software, and overseeing the validation phases, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality standards, and expected performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Contract Terms

• The specific terms of the contract will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the IG Metall collective bargaining agreement.
