Svitla Systems Inc. is searching for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer for a full-time role (40 hours/week) in Europe. The position focuses on stabilizing and governing NAV during the migration to SAP and Annex Cloud, with sunset strategies and data readiness activities.

You will act as NAV’s temporary owner, manage integrations across retail data domains, and ensure continuity while migration efforts run in parallel. Strong English and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of senior-level Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration impacts in commerce ecosystems.
• Strong architectural discipline and organizational authority.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; high level of English.

Aufgaben

• Act as the temporary owner of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, maintaining operational stability during the transition period.
• Maintain a living NAV inventory covering scope, customizations, integrations, and data domains; classify functionality as migrated, retained, or retired.
• Support migration activities to SAP and Annex Cloud, including data readiness, mapping, reconciliation, cutover support, and NAV constraints.
• Govern SAP–NAV–Annex Cloud coexistence by defining system boundaries and avoiding duplication of capabilities.
• GateNAV change requests to only business-critical or migration-supporting changes; reduce technical debt.
• Oversee NAV's role in POS, e-commerce, finance, and BI integrations; reroute to SAP/target systems as needed.
• Align vendors and integrators (SAP, Annex Cloud, middleware, BI) with the NAV sunset strategy.
• Define and execute NAV decommissioning criteria: data retention, archiving, compliance, cutover, post-shutdown validation.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of pet feed and accessories. You'll stabilize, govern, and progressively sunset NAV while the organization migrates core ERP and customer capabilities to SAP and other strategic platforms, including Annex Cloud. The role is focused on business continuity during transition, migration enablement, and the eventual decommissioning of NAV. This role requires working hours with overlap till 7:00 PM-8:00 PM CET.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in senior-level Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Strong hands‑on technical and functional NAV expertise.
• Understanding of SAP ERP transformations, Annex Cloud or similar customer/loyalty platforms, and system coexistence/sunset strategies.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV application support, maintenance, and operational management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and/or developing bidirectional integrations between SAP and NAV across retail data domains such as products, pricing, promotions, customers, and transactions.
• Experience with LS Retail + NAV integration environments.
• Experience in support and development in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with LS Retail, focusing on maintaining and stabilizing the system.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration impacts and broader commerce/customer platform ecosystems involving Salesforce platforms and Annex Cloud.
• Ability to operate with strong architectural discipline and organizational authority.
• Great communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• High level of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the temporary owner of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, maintaining operational stability during the transition period.
• Maintain a living NAV inventory covering functional scope, customizations, integrations, and data domains, while classifying functionality as migrated, temporarily retained, or to be retired.
• Support migration activities to SAP and Annex Cloud, including data readiness, mapping, reconciliation, cutover support, and identification of NAV constraints that may block migration.
• Govern SAP–NAV–Annex Cloud coexistence by defining system-of-record boundaries and preventing duplication of capabilities across platforms.
• Act as gatekeeper for NAV change requests, allowing only business‑critical, legally required, or migration‑supporting changes, while reducing technical debt and retiring unused functionality.
• Oversee NAV’s role in integrations across POS, e‑commerce, finance, and BI, and support progressive rerouting of integrations to SAP or other target systems.
• Align vendors and integrators, including SAP, Annex Cloud, middleware, and BI partners, to ensure all work supports the NAV sunset strategy.
• Define and execute NAV decommissioning criteria, including data retention, archiving, audit/compliance obligations, cutover, and post‑shutdown validation.
