Zusammenfassung

Everllence in Augsburg is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor / Fachbauleiter Mechanik (m/w/d) to lead on-site assembly activities across international projects. You will oversee coordination, safety, quality, and timely installation of mechanical equipment, while guiding a cross-functional team on site abroad and at our German locations.

Candidates have a completed technical training with further qualification and solid experience in large-scale plant construction.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training with a corresponding further qualification (e.g., technician) or comparable qualification.
• Experience in international large-scale plant construction or power plant technology.
• Experience in plant construction and mechanical assembly supervision.
• Willingness to work on long-term construction sites worldwide.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, independent and results-oriented team.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to an international construction site team.
• Negotiating skills and a confident manner with planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Proficient with MS Office, including MS Project and Teams.
• Good written and spoken English and German.

Aufgaben

• Supervising and coordinating assembly activities on site with regard to budget, deadlines and quality.
• Technical responsibility for installation and alignment of mechanical equipment on site.
• Participation in site inspections as the responsible mechanical installation lead.
• Creation of assembly schedules and work instructions.
• Clarification of interfaces between on-site partners.
• Reporting on construction progress (diary, weekly reports).
• Ensuring safety, health and environmental compliance in own area.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Supervising and coordination of assembly activities in the field of mechanical installation with regard to budget, adherence to deadlines and quality and checking the deployment of personnel
• Technical responsibility for bringing in, aligning and installing the mechanical equipment on the construction site
• Technical responsibility for timely and high-quality completionarticipation in site inspections as the person responsible for the area of mechanical installation
• Creation of assembly schedules and work instructions
• Clarification of interfaces between the partners involved on site
• Reporting on construction progress (progress reports, construction diary, weekly reports)
• Ensuring quality and compliance with rules and regulations on safety and environmental and health protection in own area of responsibility (HSE)
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of internal and external work processes beyond the scope of the project

• Completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic) with corresponding further qualification (e.g. technician) or comparable qualification
• Experience in international large-scale plant construction or in power plant technology
• Professional experience in plant construction and mechanical assembly supervision
• Willingness to work on long-term construction sites worldwide
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, independent and results-oriented team
• Ability to provide technical guidance to an international and intercultural construction site team
• Negotiating skills, a confident manner and a talent for planning and organization
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Confident handling of MS Office, including MS Project and Teams
• Good written and spoken English and German language skills, other languages an advantage
