Arup is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and plan building services for sustainable, high-performing spaces in Germany and Poland. You will contribute to innovative concepts, cost estimates, and coordination with stakeholders across projects in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Warsaw or Krakow.

The role emphasizes collaboration, sustainability, and growth within a global engineering practice, with opportunities across Arup offices and projects and a strong focus on building services excellence.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications

We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about mechanical engineering design, sustainability and teamwork.These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building Systems Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• 4-5 years post‑qualification practical experience as a mechanical engineer designer in a similar role.
• Business‑level/fluent written and spoken German or Polish , and English.

We Also Value

• Strong technical knowledge of building services engineering, ideally with an initial specialisation in a specific building services discipline, such as HVAC or Public Health.
• Knowledge of local standards and regulations.
• BIM environments proficiency, particularly using Revit, and has experience with CAD.
• Experience in Pharma, Data Centre or related fields.
