Focused Energy is seeking a Mechanical Engineer – Design & Simulation to perform structural, thermal, and fluid-system analyses and to validate designs before hardware fabrication. You will work with senior engineers and project teams to mitigate risks and ensure manufacturability, safety, and integration readiness.

You will develop 3D CAD models and compile verification evidence for design reviews, using Inventor and leading FEA tools to translate results into practical design decisions.

You’ll provide the analytical confidence needed to make sound design decisions across structural, thermal, dynamic, and fluid-system performance.Working closely with senior mechanical engineers, systems engineers, project teams, and other engineering disciplines, you’ll use modelling and simulation to identify design risks early, recommend mitigations, and ensure mechanical designs are technically sound, manufacturable, safe, and ready for integration.
