Zusammenfassung

Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Varel sucht eine/n Warehouse Logistics Specialist Inbound. Sie verantworten Wareneingang, Sichtprüfung, Kennzeichnung und fachgerechte Lagerung, um eine reibungslose Materialverfügbarkeit für die Produktion sicherzustellen.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Logistik, mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung sowie Gabelstaplerführerschein mit. Deutsch auf C1-Niveau sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind erforderlich; Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit gehört dazu.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistikfachkraft oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion und Lagerlogistik.
• Gabelstaplerführerschein (Lizenz/Zertifikat) erforderlich.
• Deutsch auf Businessfluent (C1) und Englischgrundkenntnisse (A2).
• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit im 3-Schicht-System und Wochenendarbeit.
• Gültige EU-Arbeitsgenehmigung (kein Studentenvisum).

• Qualitätsprüfung durch Sichtprüfung auf Schäden und Abweichungen
• Mengen- und Identitätsprüfung der gelieferten Produkte
• Etikettierung der Produkte und zugehöriger Dokumente
• Lagerverwaltung, Prüfung von Lagerort und Chargenzuordnung
• Lagerbedingungen und Lagerfähigkeiten einhalten
• Ordnungsgemäße Lagerung, Handhabung und Bereitstellung von Materialien

At Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Varel, every delivery and every component counts. As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist Inbound, you take on goods receipt processing, quality control, and the professional storage of products – ensuring the availability of materials for production.

The gross annual salary ranges from 40,000 € to 45,000 €, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt processing of deliveries, including documentation
• Quality control through visual inspection for damage and deviations
• Quantity and identity control of delivered products
• Labeling of products and associated documents
• Warehouse management, checking storage location and batch assignment
• Storage conditions and storage compatibilities consistently maintained
• Proper storage, handling, and provision of materials ensured

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and warehouse logistics
• Practical experience in operating forklifts (license/certification required)
• Business fluent German (at least C1)
• Basic English skills (at least A2)
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and on weekends
• Quality-oriented and responsible way of working as well as team skills
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
