Key Tasks / Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all musical support for worship services and special religious events across multiple chapel locations
• Recruit, audition, schedule, and supervise musicians to ensure full coverage of all required services
• Coordinate weekly music selections with chaplains, worship leaders, and service themes
• Ensure musicians rehearse as required and arrive on time for all services and events
• Provide oversight of rehearsals, sound checks, and overall musical quality during services
• Maintain musician schedules, availability rosters, and service coverage plans
• Submit weekly music selections for chapel publications and bulletins

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in music coordination, program management, or similar role
• Ability to recruit, manage, and coordinate musicians for multiple services
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting religious services or chapel programs
• Background in music performance, accompaniment, or worship leadership
• Experience working in a military or multi-faith environment
