Citigroup Inc. is launching a Summer 2026 full-time Analyst program in London.

It provides orientation and training across Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity, and Equity franchises, with mentorship from senior professionals and a path to role alignment during the program. You’ll rotate across product areas, shadow desks, and gain exposure to multiple asset classes, building a network and foundational skills for a career in Markets.

We're committed to teaching you the ropes. Citi's full-time Analyst program starts in the Summer of 2026 and begins with orientation and training. You'll be introduced to our Fixed Income, Currency, Commodity, and Equity franchises, across sales, trading and structuring. Full time Analysts will gain exposure to senior professionals who will serve as their mentors throughout the program. At the end of the program, our goal is to ensure that Analysts are placed in a role that best pairs their skill sets and personal interests with the needs of the firm.

What we’ll need from you

You are interested in Markets, and you're determined to succeed in the field. • You are in your final year of university or have recently graduated.
• You are expected to achieve or have achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline.
• Ideally, you are graduating with a Master's/Bachelor's degree from a Business or Engineering school, have an interest in Financial Markets and expressed this through your prior work experience and/or choices of modules within your degree preferences.
• You are proficient in programming languages (VAB, Python) and Microsoft office, especially Excel
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail and exceptional planning and organisational skills
• You are intellectually curious and proactively seek out new and creative ideas
• You are a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong commitment to personal growth and career development, including mobility and flexibility
• You have an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
