Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic and hands-on manager to lead our B2C online marketplaces in Germany. You will oversee end-to-end marketplace listing management, optimize data, images and copy, and track performance against KPIs to drive sales and reduce returns.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities in the fashion e-commerce space. Requires 2–5 years in marketplaces and familiarity with Tradebyte.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business Administration / International Management or comparable, ideally with e-commerce/fashion focus.
• 2–5 years' experience with online marketplaces (fashion sector preferred).
• Experience with marketplace integrators such as Tradebyte is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and data reporting tools.
• Very good German and English, C1 level, written and spoken.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience working with online marketplaces (Zalando, About You, Otto) — ideally in the fashion sector
• Experience with marketplace integrators such as Tradebyte is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, reliable and able to work independently
• Confident user of MS Office and/or Google Workspace and experienced in working with data, reports and dashboard tools
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken (at least C1)
